How long does delivery take?

We offer next-day delivery on all orders placed before 2pm, Monday through Friday. Standard shipping typically takes 2-3 working days.

Are your paints eco-friendly?

Yes, all COAT paints are water-based, low VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds), and 100% vegan. We are also a carbon-neutral business.

Can I return paint if I change my mind?

Because our paint is freshly mixed to order for each customer, we cannot accept returns. We highly recommend ordering our Peel & Stick swatches before committing to a full tin.

What are Peel & Stick swatches?

Our swatches are adhesive, repositionable samples painted with two coats of real paint. They allow you to see accurate color in different lights without making a mess on your walls.

Do I need a primer?

COAT paint is high-grade and self-priming on most finished surfaces. However, for raw plaster or high-contrast color changes, we recommend using our dedicated Undercoat for the best finish.
