We want you to love your space, so we offer a 30-day return window for all unopened paint tins and unused decorating tools. Please note that custom-mixed colors and peel-and-stick swatches are non-refundable due to their bespoke nature.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are unopened, in their original condition, and within 30 days of the delivery date.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original shipping box, ensuring the metal clips are still fastened to prevent leaks during transit.

• 3.
  Generate Label

  Visit our online returns portal to download your prepaid shipping label and print it at home.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Take your package to any authorized drop-off point; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
